As a Progress Coach Advisor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include delivering intensive support courses, monitoring student progress, and providing pastoral care and guidance. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working together to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning plans, identifying areas where students may require additional support, and working with teachers and other staff to provide targeted interventions. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of support programs and making recommendations for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and experience, while developing your skills and expertise as a learning support professional.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with young people, preferably in an education setting. You will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A confident I.T. user, you will be comfortable adapting to new technology and willing to take initiative in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
