Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Client Management to lead our Ambulatory Pharmacy Practice team at Care New England Health System.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Ambulatory Pharmacy Practice team, driving strategic initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and adherence to best practices.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with medical providers, medical group leaders, and other stakeholders to drive operational improvements and optimize value to the organization.
  4. Performance Management: Track and report key performance indicators, making recommendations for education and engagement to improve staff productivity and patient care activities.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulatory requirements, including DEA, RI Board of Pharmacy, Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
  6. Contracting and Budgeting: Participate in contracting with local payers to optimize value to the organization and collaborate with Integra's leadership team to drive pharmacy initiatives.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A pharmacy degree and a minimum of five years health system pharmacy experience.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with an MBA or other leadership degree preferred.
  • RI Pharmacist's License is also required.
