Job Title: Interior Spatial Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Spatial Designer to join our team at JaK Consultancy. As an Interior Spatial Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building exceptional workspaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design process by focusing on workplace consultancy, space planning, and delivering top-notch project designs.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.
  • Work closely with commercial managers and estimators, thinking creatively to ensure designs are feasible, within budget, and delivered on time.
  • Utilise your advanced skills in Revit to produce detailed and accurate design documentation, ensuring all projects meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure that designs are being implemented as planned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial office fitouts with a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced skills in Revit, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
