Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and experienced live-out Housekeeper to join a busy and dynamic family home. The household consists of 2 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 large dogs, and 1 cat. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and run this large 5-floor, 4-bedroom home with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, and deep cleaning.
- Managing laundry and ironing with particular attention to detail.
- Helping cook family meals and assisting with pet care.
- Confidently liaising with contractors and tradespeople.
- Managing household supplies and using basic tech skills to manage online orders.
- Packing and unpacking for the principal, who travel frequently.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a private household as a sole or senior housekeeper.
- Confidence and initiative to manage the home, particularly when liaising with contractors.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with family members, contractors, and other staff.
- A love for animals and willingness to assist with their care.
- Flexibility to work some extra hours and adapt to the family's schedule as needed.

Benefits:
- Salary of up to £50,000 per annum, negotiable for the right candidate.
- Working alongside an additional housekeeper on Mondays and Fridays for extra support.
