Senior Enforcement Officer Opportunity

Carrington West is assisting a local authority client in the Midlands with their search for a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer to join their Town Planning Department. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of rolling on.

We are seeking an experienced Enforcement Officer with recent local authority experience, able to hit the ground running and take on a caseload, conduct investigations, and write reports. Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills are essential for this customer-focused role.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to working, with regular site visits required. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) would be beneficial but not essential.
