Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Installations Supervisor, you will be responsible for site surveys, installations, and managing on-site safety standards. This key role within the Contracts department requires flexibility, with frequent travel across the agreed territory of Southeast London, and occasional international travel for unique projects.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and commissioning visits, providing technical reports.
  • Supervise tank installations to required standards.
  • Assist in sourcing and maintaining a network of sub-contract installers.
  • Maintain visibility on major projects and address customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications, particularly in the heavy, water or building industry.
  • A strong understanding of installation procedures and a customer-focused approach.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), and Confined Space training.
  • Previous tank installation experience is essential, particularly with GRP and Steel tanks.
  • Engineering/Construction/Water Industry qualifications (desirable).
  • Commercial awareness is beneficial.
