Swimming Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco Leisure Operating Ltd. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
