About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at The PM Law Group. As a key member of our Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, ensuring that their property transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role. You will have a modern approach to conveyancing, with a focus on process-driven, proactive, and risk-based requirements. Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT, and experience in updating panel websites are essential.

You will be expected to demonstrate technical ability in conveyancing transactions, as well as comprehensive knowledge, understanding, and compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and overall SRA compliance obligations.
