Pilgrim's Europe, a leading agricultural business, is seeking an experienced Pig Breeding Specialist to join its team in East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting partnership farmers in producing high-quality piglets for outdoor bred farms that supply premium retail customers.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of practical outdoor pig breeding production and experience working with farmers to improve herd health, welfare, and production efficiency. A full driver's license is required, and a degree in agriculture or a relevant field is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with other colleagues across the agricultural business, including vets, growers, technical staff, and logistics teams, to drive operational excellence and achieve business success through people.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including life assurance, pension, learning and development opportunities, discount schemes, and mobile phone and laptop provision.
