About the Role

The role of Digital Transformation Partner is critical in driving change across our business areas aligned with our strategic objectives. As a key member of the HR, Change, and Transformation community, you will occupy a unique position, taking a holistic view across the organisation to optimise the effectiveness of functions and teams.

You will work closely with leadership and other key functions to develop and implement change management plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organisational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement comprehensive change management plans focusing on communication, capability development, capacity building, and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Brand teams, as well as the Transformation, HR, and Technology teams to gain support for change initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and adjust change plans to enhance their impact.
  • Design change activities that reinforce desired organisational culture and behaviour principles.
  • Coach leaders and managers in change management and skill development.
  • Support and educate teams through our High Performing Teams framework.
  • Evaluate and document critical skills knowledge, ensuring it is accessible and shared across functions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of leading change management activities, with an understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working in retail, wholesale, or digital environments.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating ambiguity and challenges inherent in change processes.
  • An understanding of organisational culture and behaviour to design change activities that promote desired values and principles.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
