Loungers is a dynamic and growing business, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and labour targets, and drive business growth
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a bar or restaurant environment, with a background in serving and food preparation
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision and adhere to pressure and timescales
