About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our International team, driving the expansion of our financial products globally. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to democratize finance worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
  • Partner with leadership to establish and execute product roadmaps that align with company goals.
  • Ensure parity of product lines across global markets.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality consumer products.
  • Experience working on global consumer-facing products, with a strong understanding of international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to use research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally dispersed teams.
  • Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Passion for financial products that improve people's financial lives.
  • Motivation to be a self-starter, with a willingness to travel and work in EST.
