Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist customers with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support customers with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
