The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Repair Technician Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of vehicle maintenance specialists to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance
- Managing processes, administration, and paperwork efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, a pension scheme, and access to a discounted gym membership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fully qualified City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- A full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
- Evidence of 'Right to Work in the UK'
