About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents. We offer ongoing training opportunities, so you can develop your career and progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing.
