As a Receptionist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You'll work closely with the Front Office Manager to address guest feedback and maximize room occupancy through up-selling techniques. You'll also comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Based in the Mercure Swansea, you'll be part of a passionate team that prioritizes work-life balance.
