About the Role

As a Lead OpenEdge Developer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions and providing governance for the overall design in conjunction with delivery partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing governance and principles on the project level
  • Supporting bid and tender responses
  • Scoping, feasibility, and definition of solution design and configuration for the engagement
  • Supporting the Project/Programme manager/Director in understanding risks, dependencies, and issues that exist and the impact that these may have on the project/programme
  • Understanding what the project/programme will deliver from a business and benefits perspective and advising on areas where this is not congruent with the proposed solution
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proven OpenEdge Development experience is essential, and ambition to become a Solution Architect is a must. D365 experience is desirable, and experience with leading and mentoring project stakeholders in terms of technology is also required. You should possess a broad knowledge of solution areas such as transformation and migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, and infrastructure, service management, including trends in the current marketplace and understands how these interact to arrive at a solution.
