Dentist Leadership Fellow

NHS England is pleased to offer a unique leadership opportunity for a Salaried Primary Care Dentist to join The Maltings Dental Practice in Grantham.
This 12-month fixed-term contract will provide a 0.6 WTE clinical component, working as a salaried GDP at the practice, alongside a 0.4 WTE Leadership component.
As a Clinical Leadership Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your emerging leadership skills, working closely with the practice team to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will participate in the monthly dental leadership development programme, with access to significant NHSE funding for professional development and academic qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine clinical NHS care, with a focus on leadership and clinical excellence
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and practice performance
- Participate in the leadership development programme, with opportunities for professional growth and development
Requirements:
- Full GDC registration and eligibility for inclusion on the National Performer List
- Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
