Job Title: Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer (Building Services)

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: £45k - £65k

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer (Building Services) to join our team at Calibre Search Ltd. As a key member of our MEP consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across in-house teams to deliver large-scale projects in a sustainable manner.

Our projects are diverse and will offer you the chance to work across the UK on various sectors, including Laboratories, Hospitals, New build Residential developments, and Infrastructure projects. As a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects to a detailed design level, implementing Technical Due Diligence, and Sustainability strategies.

Requirements:

  • An Electrical Engineering Degree or Building Services Related.
  • 5+ years' experience working or knowledge of the building services consultancy.
  • Experience leading projects as an Electrical Engineer (power, lighting, security, communications systems, etc.)
  • Experience undertaking surveys and generating reports and specifications.
  • Proficiency using Revit MEP, Amtech, DiaLUx/Relux (Preferable).
  • Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
  • Have the right to work within the UK.
