Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Empty Homes and Lettings Team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks, including internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, and general locksmith work.

About the Role:
  • Carry out maintenance tasks in our housing stock, including internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, and general locksmith work.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Use a PDA to manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional travel between offices and out-of-hours services.
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license.
  • Sound working trade knowledge and experience.
  • Experience gained within a maintenance, site, and/or housing environment.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Wide range of multi-trade skills.
