We are working with an independent accountancy practice based in Poole, who are seeking a full-time Practice Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be AAT, ACCA qualified or have equivalent experience.

**About the Role**
----------------

As a Practice Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for providing accountancy services to sole traders, partnerships, and small businesses. This will include preparing year-end accounts and tax returns, as well as assisting clients with bookkeeping and management accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------

* Provide accountancy services to clients, including preparing year-end accounts and tax returns
* Assist clients with bookkeeping and management accounts
* Utilize QuickBooks, Iris, Xero, and Sage accounting software
* Experience with incomplete record accounting is desirable

**Requirements**
------------

* Recent or current experience working in an accountancy practice
* Qualified by experience, ACCA, ACA, or AAT qualified
