Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Fairhive, a non-profit affordable housing provider. As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our housing stock.

About the Role
  • Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Work closely with a team of planners to prioritize tasks and manage projects
  • Participate in an out-of-hours rota to respond to emergency situations
Requirements
  • Experience in social housing maintenance or a related trade
  • Able to carry out multi-trade tasks to a good standard
  • Hold a valid driver's license
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time)
