Shift Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Shift Coordinator to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for effectively planning and coordinating work activities to meet service level agreements.

About the Role

• Take ownership of workstreams, coordinating tasks from receipt to completion
• Schedule work orders in accordance with SLAs, optimizing travel routes and increasing productivity
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers via phone and webchat
• Maintain timely and accurate input into works management systems, escalating issues as necessary
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
• Deliver daily and weekly reports to ensure service levels and objectives are achieved
