Job Title: Automotive Expert

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Expert to join our team at Octane Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits package and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license
  • MOT qualification is a huge bonus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
