Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy Lead

NHSScotland is seeking an exceptional nursing professional to lead our Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) services. As a Nursing Director for SACT Services, you will be responsible for driving excellence in SACT delivery and influencing practice across our organization.
About the Role:This position involves providing clinical leadership for our SACT services across NHS Highland and NHS Western Isles. You will work closely with local managers, cancer nurse consultants, and other stakeholders to design and implement service improvements that meet patient needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or level 11 modules, with significant experience working at band 7 level. A strong vision for delivering SACT services is essential, as well as the ability to influence practice and maintain clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive excellence in SACT delivery and influence practice
- Develop and implement service improvement plans for SACT services
- Collaborate with local managers and cancer nurse consultants to achieve service goals
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree or level 11 modules
- Significant experience working at band 7 level
- A strong vision for delivering SACT services
