About The Role

The One Group is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety & Facilities Manager to ensure continuous development of Health, Safety and Environmental systems meet legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and Implement Health, Safety and Environmental Policies: Develop, promote and implement the company Health, Safety and Environmental Management policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Develop a Matrix Across Departments: Develop a matrix across Health, Safety and Environmental as well as facilities, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  3. Audit and Inspect Workplaces: Conduct regular audits, workplace inspections, and safety tours to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  4. Risk Assessment Techniques: Utilize principles of risk assessment techniques to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Qualifications and Certifications: Possess a NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety, demonstrating expertise in environmental health and safety management.

Salary Information

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
