**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join the United Living Group team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our site team and Document Controller, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the office cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with filing and managing paperwork, including photocopying, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and minutes recording.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate with IT support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and team members.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor, representing the company effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
