Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurodiversity, including expertise anxiety, ADHD, and Gender Dysphoria and other conditions related to ASD including Food/ Eating disorders .

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students with neurodiversity-related challenges.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for each student.
  • Offer training and support to staff on best practices for working with neurodiverse students.
  • Engage with families to provide guidance and resources for home support.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with neurodiversity, eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and gender dysphoria.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
