About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR generalist support to our clients, including managing employee relations issues, providing operational HR support, and managing various HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • HR Operations: Provide operational HR support, including managing HR systems, data, and processes.
  • HR Projects: Support with HR projects, including the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Qualifications: Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR systems and software.
