We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our reputable primary school community.

The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire primary students to reach their full potential
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their academic performance
  • Create a positive learning environment that is safe and conducive to learning
  • Collaborate with the school team to provide quality academic support for primary students
  • Participate in school-related activities, such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
  • Employ effective classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly and safe learning environment
Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • A recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with effective communication with parents, staff, and students
  • Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning styles
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives
About the School:

This is a two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating, seeking a strong candidate whose personal values align with the school's ethos of high excellence and care for students and the community.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this ECT position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract, following the MPS/UPS Pay Scales within England.
