We are working with an established Manufacturer who has sustained growth for over 10 years with continued investment.

The client has over 60% market share for the product they produce and are producing over 7 million per week.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Site Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the site's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and regulations.
• Collaborate with the site's operational teams to identify and mitigate potential HSE risks.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures and training programs.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Provide HSE training and support to site staff.
• Partner with the site's management team to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
