About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Devon Safeguarding Adults Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and respond to safeguarding adult referrals, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Provide advice and support to individuals and families affected by safeguarding issues, using your expertise to navigate complex legislation and frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and education programs, sharing your expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
