Job Opportunity for a Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team on a long-term locum basis. The successful candidate will be working in a contemporary, purpose-built GP surgery in Tamworth, every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including cytology, travel vaccines, child and adult immunisations, and spirometry.
  • Conduct asthma, diabetes reviews, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a valid PIN.
  • An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check issued within the last year.
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in practice nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
