Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects and employment cases across multiple sectors.
  • Work closely with partners and the wider team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Supervise junior team members as needed.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke training materials.
  • Provide innovative advice solutions using excellent IT skills.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in national teams of lawyers and managing international stakeholders.
  • Responsive to change and able to innovate to meet client needs.
  • Excellent training skills and IT skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and handling heavy workloads.
