About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Production Specialist to join our team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and amending documents, including correspondence, reports, and agreements, with speed and accuracy.

A key aspect of this role is creating and amending PowerPoint presentations, as well as transcribing large volumes of dictations quickly and accurately.

You will also be required to convert PDFs using conversion software or by copy typing; editing, merging, redacting, and/or securing PDF documentation.

In addition, you will be responsible for cleaning and removing hidden metadata from documents, creating and amending Visio diagrams, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional services environment and possess sound knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Word and Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working with legal or complex documents and using track changes is essential. Knowledge of version control in a document management system would be beneficial.

A strong communication skills (both oral and written), good telephone manner, and client service ethos are essential to convey information clearly and accurately.

Ongoing organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude at all times, and excellent attention to detail are crucial.
