Job Summary
Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking an experienced social worker to join our Children's Fostering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care management and support to vulnerable young people. With a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of children, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective care plans.

About the Position
This temporary contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and onsite as part of this role, with a guaranteed 37 hours per week. To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care management to children in foster care
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective care plans
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case work and interventions
* Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
