About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Care Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
