JGA Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading food and beverage retail business to find an employee-focused and culture-driven Learning and Engagement Business Partner to contribute to the company's People and Culture strategy with a focus on Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, and Organizational Capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content.
- Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum.
- Contribute to additional People and Culture projects as needed.
- Shape leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
- Oversee the Learning and Development budget.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Background in content design and implementation.
- Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
