Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group-based therapies, facilitating sessions on pain management programs, and collaborating with clinical leads and AHP management teams to deliver a coordinated and quality service. We are looking for a passionate professional who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and upholding the Trust's values of Caring, Respect, Teamwork, and Improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective therapy plans to address complex pain conditions.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of pain management programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, or Speech & Language, with at least 4 years of post-graduate experience. They will also be a member of a relevant chartered society and have evidence of significant training and CPD in specialist clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
