We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Body Repair Technician to join our team at Arnold Clark. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their former glory while adhering to manufacturer guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 dependent on experience and training
  • Performance-based bonuses: up to £9,000 every three years, subject to terms and conditions
  • Working hours: 44 hours per week
  • Annual leave: 33 days, increasing with service
  • Flexible hours: available
  • Salary review: twice per year

Requirements:

  • Accident damage repair experience: full
  • Panel beating skills: high level, with ability to use various techniques
  • Instruction following: strong ability

Day-to-day duties:

  • Following written instructions:
  • Replacing and repairing damaged panels:
  • Welding new panels into place:
  • Stripping and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles:
  • Using hand and power tools safely:
