Drylining Budget Specialist

Austin Fraser is looking for a Drylining Budget Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets for drylining projects, including preparing valuations, assessing variations, and handling project invoicing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and financial management expertise, as well as proficiency with relevant software and project management tools. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage costs and budgets for drylining projects from inception to completion
- Prepare valuations, assess variations, and handle project invoicing
- Conduct site measurements, perform cost analysis, and maintain financial control
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
