Job DescriptionThe Senior Territory Manager is responsible for ensuring all opportunities in sales, marketing, product, and operations are heard and quantified. The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall strategy.
This involves owning and leading the marketplace and account planning process for your territory, ensuring complete execution and alignment on seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy. You will also drive in-depth market knowledge and insights across the team and into the Stabio HQ team, to inform consumer-right decision making and quantify key opportunities for growth.
You will achieve this by:
- Developing and building strong strategic partnerships with top accounts (both KA and field).
- Owning & leading the marketplace & account planning process for your territory, ensuring complete execution and alignment on seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy.
- Driving in-depth market knowledge and insights across the team and into the Stabio HQ team, to inform consumer-right decision making and quantify key opportunities for growth.
- Planning, controlling, and executing activities to hit the required sales targets and desired profit margins.
- Driving the assortment planning and segmentation process within the defined distribution policy within the territory, to ensure market differentiation, in order to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth.
- Driving the seasonal selling 'Go to Market' process including pre-buying meetings.
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
