At TransferRoom Limited, we're on a mission to revolutionize the football transfer market with our cutting-edge B2B SaaS Marketplace. As a Senior Data Engineer - DataOps Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement our DataOps strategy to ensure seamless data integration and processing
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support our data-driven decision-making
  • Optimize and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement best practices in data governance, particularly GDPR compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data solutions, tools, and practices, and make recommendations to the wider business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering
  • Expertise in T-SQL, DataOps, SQL performance tuning, and query optimization
  • Good working knowledge of Azure, tooling, Python, and Git
  • Proficiency in Python and ETL process and tooling
  • Deep understanding of Data Architecture and fluency in English
