Rehabilitation Specialist

**Role Description**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team as a Physical Therapist at Direct Staffing Inc. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement effective physical therapy plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. One year (1) of physical therapy experience is preferred.

You will assess the need for physical therapy, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise support personnel as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient services.
