Job Title: Head of Design and Implementation

Join our team as a Head of Design and Implementation, where you will be responsible for the core design implementation of internal and external fraud controls. You will also be responsible for enhancing the quality, code structure, and automation of our quantitative codebase.

About the Role
  • Design and implement robust testing procedures to verify the correctness and reliability of code and model logics.
  • Automate manual tasks and streamline the development and deployment of quantitative models.
  • Rationalise platforms and processes to provide business intelligence reports.
  • Develop and enforce coding guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Experience in quantitative evaluation and financial modelling.
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience.
  • Coding experience in Python, experience with PySpark is preferred.
  • Experience in putting in place testing and validation frameworks, including unit tests, and recalibration processes.
