Job RoleWe're seeking an experienced Education Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our education strategy, working closely with academic staff and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our college.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our education strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of students and stakeholders.
- Work closely with academic staff to ensure the quality and relevance of programme content.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of programme quality, using data and feedback from students and stakeholders.
- Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
- Masters degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in education development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
