Corporate and Leveraged Finance Intern

Job Description:

As a Corporate and Leveraged Finance Intern at Crédit Agricole CIB, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment where sustainability and corporate responsibility are at the heart of our operations. Our team advises, originates, structures, and executes bank and institutional leveraged loans and high yield bond financings for private equity backed and corporate clients across Europe and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and credit analysis of potential leveraged finance issuers.
  • Assist the team in preparing marketing materials and pitches to clients.
  • Develop financial models of transactions.
  • Review confidentiality agreements and draft summaries of new business opportunities.
  • Process new client on-boarding and update Crédit Agricole monitoring tools.
  • Monitor portfolio company trading and developments, and assist senior staff on sections of full credit applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Awareness of general business, financial and economic environment.
  • Proactive and good team player.
  • Comfortable with deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical research and modelling skills (Excel).
