Frozen Food Distribution Specialist

Frozen food delivery specialists are needed to transport products to various locations across the region for Insight Employment Ltd.
Estimated Salary: Based on experience, the estimated hourly rate for this position is £14.50-£15.00.
About the Role:
- We require candidates with a minimum of one year's experience in HGV class two driving.
- A valid CPC card and tacho license are necessary.
- Reliability and physical fitness are key requirements for this role.
- Ability to work Bank Holidays is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking vehicles for roadworthiness and reporting any faults.
- Loading areas must be kept clean and tidy.
- Planning and scheduling deliveries according to company procedure.
- Signing off on the Bill of Lading to verify stock counts.
- Driving and parking vehicles safely and legally.
- Securing vehicles when away from them.
- Reporting accidents and incidents.
- Completing administrative tasks according to company standards.
- Maintaining effective communication within the distribution team and with customers and head office personnel.
- Wearing company-issued safety clothing at all times.
Shift Information:
- Monday to Friday shifts.
- Occasional Saturday work.
- Start time: 05:30am - 06:30am.
