As a key member of our Business Capability team, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative business initiatives across the EMEA region. You will work closely with our Director of Strategic Projects to develop and implement strategic projects, lead cross-functional workstreams, and contribute to our ambitious goals.

  • Develop and execute strategic projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyse and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project outcomes.
  • Act as a thought leader, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to continually enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and ensure key initiatives stay aligned with company goals.

About You:

  • Proven project management experience in technology, marketing, or a creative agency.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and improving internal business capabilities.
  • Confident in building relationships across divisions, and strong in presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about business transformation, with knowledge of change management programs.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with formal qualifications.
  • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
