About the Role

The Lunchtime Playground Assistant will be responsible for supervising and engaging with pupils during lunchtime, setting up activities, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in the playground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and play with pupils during lunchtime
  • Set up activities and games to promote social interaction and physical activity
  • Maintain a clean and safe playground environment
  • Support the development of pupils' social and emotional skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children and as part of a team is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
